The earlier the better! To ensure our freshness guarantee, CrACKLES are made fresh to order. We offer same day delivery (within Dubai) for most of our products and next day delivery for others. Kindly allow additional time for extra-large orders and/or special customizations. 

Yes, we offer delivery across the UAE. Fees are:

Dubai - AED20, Abu Dhabi - AED45, Sharjah - AED35, All Other Emirates - AED50

CrACKLES are best stored in an air-tight container and will stay fresh at room temperature for up to four days from the date of production. Your treats will be marked with storage and handling instructions, a date of production and expiry along with allergen information.

Our treats contain gluten and we unfortunately do not yet have a suitable gluten-free option at this time, hopefully in the near future we will!

Yes, all of our treats contain butter from cow's milk.

We are able to accommodate a dairy-free option, please reach out to us directly to learn more.

Although most of our treats do not contain nuts as an ingredient, it is important to know that our kitchen is not a nut-free facility. We do, however, use our own best practices to segregate food items and equipment at all times. Kindly note that our facility also processes egg, milk, soy and wheat products.

You may cancel your order 24+ hours before your scheduled delivery/pick-up and receive a 100% refund. All CrACKLES are made fresh to order and so refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after your items have been produced.
